Sustainability Governance Structure
MR. D.I.Y. has established a systematic sustainability governance structure covering the Board of Directors, the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee, and the Sustainability Development Working Committee to provide direction, drive implementation, and monitor performance in alignment with the Company’s goals and strategic direction.
Board of Directors
Oversees the Company’s direction and sustainability matters at the organizational level to support long-term business resilience and capability.
- Sets the Company’s strategic direction and oversees the integration of sustainability into business operations
- Oversees the management of material sustainability issues, including climate change management approaches
- Supports business growth alongside ethical responsibility and consideration for all stakeholder groups
- Drives the Company’s sustainable development in line with its long-term goals and strategic direction
Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee
Oversees and connects sustainability implementation from strategy to execution. The Chief Executive Officer serves as a member of the Committee to support the advancement of key sustainability matters at the management level.
- Prioritizes and integrates material sustainability issues into the corporate governance framework
- Oversees implementation and monitors the progress of the Sustainability Development Working Committee
- Reports progress and submits key sustainability matters to the Board of Directors for consideration
Sustainability Development Working Committee
The Sustainability Development Working Committee consists of representatives from relevant functions to drive sustainability implementation in line with the Company’s direction and goals, with the Executive Vice President serving as Chairperson.
- Drives sustainability implementation across environmental, social, and governance dimensions
- Coordinates with relevant functions to translate policies and approaches into practice
- Monitors and reports sustainability performance on a regular basis
- Supports sustainability disclosure and the continuous development of sustainability approaches
