Management Approach and Value Creation

Vendor and Business Partner Code of Conduct

MR. D.I.Y. has set out the Vendor and Business Partner Code of Conduct as a guideline for suppliers and business partners to align their business practices with the Company’s business conduct principles. The Code covers environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations, with emphasis on key topics such as:

respect for human rights and fair labour practices
efficient resource management
the reduction of environmental impacts and climate change
transparent business conduct and anti-corruption

In addition, the Company has published the Vendor and Business Partner Code of Conduct on its corporate website, enabling suppliers and business partners to access it as a reference for conducting business with the Company. New suppliers are required to formally acknowledge the Code prior to commencing business relationships with the Company.

The Company considers criteria such as production capability, product quality, supplier reliability, and compliance with applicable laws and requirements to assess suppliers’ ability to support business operations effectively and on an ongoing basis. In addition, the Company is currently studying approaches to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into its future supplier selection criteria.

การประเมินความเสี่ยงของคู่ค้า

MR. D.I.Y. prioritizes the assessment of local suppliers in the initial phase, as they represent a key supplier group with whom the Company can coordinate and follow up more closely. The Company defines Local Significant Suppliers as the top 10 local suppliers with the highest total purchase value.

As an initial step, the Company distributed the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) to selected suppliers on a pilot basis to support data collection and enhance its understanding of suppliers’ practices. The Company also conducted on-site audits for 5 suppliers, one of which was a Local Significant Supplier, representing 10% of this key supplier group.

Based on the preliminary assessment results, no high-risk issues were identified. The Company will use the information obtained to further develop its supplier risk management approach and to continuously strengthen supply chain standards.

Supplier Development and Training

In 2025, MR. D.I.Y. began engaging suppliers on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
