Customer Feedback through the QR Code Survey System

The Company has implemented a QR Code Customer Survey system in branches to enable customers to evaluate their service experience immediately after purchase. Customers can scan QR codes that installed in stores to access an online survey and provide comments on their service experience.

The survey covers key topics such as product quality, service quality, convenience of the premises, and value for money. Customer comments and suggestions are analyzed to identify issues requiring improvement and corrective action and are used as information for the continuous development of product quality, service quality, and customer experience at each branch.
