Human Rights Management Training

MR. D.I.Y. provides training to enhance knowledge, understanding, and awareness of human rights management and respect for human rights among supervisory-level employees, enabling them to apply human rights principles in management, daily operations, and employee care appropriately.

The training covers key topics such as non-discrimination, prevention of harassment and workplace bullying, fair labour practices, non-acceptance of child labour, occupational health and safety, personal data protection, as well as grievance channels and remediation processes. This is to encourage supervisory-level employees to treat their subordinates, colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders with respect, fairness, and without violating human rights.
