ESG Awareness Building for Suppliers and Business Partners

MR. D.I.Y. aims to promote responsible business practices throughout its value chain by communicating and raising awareness of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles among suppliers and relevant business partners. This aims to help suppliers understand the Company’s expectations and appropriately apply ESG principles in their operations.

In 2025, the Company began raising awareness and communicating ESG expectations to suppliers for the first time through supplier self-assessment questionnaires and site visits. These activities provided an opportunity to exchange information, understand suppliers’ practices, and conduct an initial assessment of ESG-related issues, such as human rights and labour practices, occupational health and safety, environmental management, business ethics, and anti-corruption.

These efforts mark an initial step in building a shared understanding of the Company’s ESG approach, encouraging suppliers to recognise the importance of responsible business conduct, and identifying areas for further improvement in the future. This supports the joint development of sustainable supply chain management.
