PDPA Training and Awareness Initiative

MR. D.I.Y. promotes knowledge and understanding of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) among employees at all levels in order to strengthen awareness and responsibility in protecting personal data. PDPA-related content is included as part of the mandatory orientation program for new employees, with additional modules provided for existing employees in relevant functions. These cover topics such as PDPA requirements and the safe use of information systems (Information Security Usage).

In addition, the Data Protection Officer (DPO) continuously communicates knowledge through internal channels under the PDPA Alert initiative, such as monthly infographic materials, to promote awareness and strengthen the organizational culture of personal data protection.
