Workshop Program for Frontline Employees

The Company organizes workshop programs for frontline employees, particularly Assistant Branch Managers (ABM), to strengthen their skills in customer service, customer communication, and complaint handling. These training sessions are conducted on a monthly basis to elevate service standards across all branches.

The training covers both theoretical and practical sessions, such as customer communication techniques, handling complaint situations, and emotional management in service delivery. In addition, real complaint cases are used in role-play simulations to help employees learn appropriate problem-solving approaches.
