Solar Power Generation System Installation Project

MR. D.I.Y. places importance on energy efficiency and promotes the use of clean energy across its operations in line with the Company’s sustainability strategy and international sustainability standards. The Company has continuously implemented this initiative in two key areas as follows:

Distribution Center

MR. D.I.Y. began installing a 118 kWh solar cell system at its Central Distribution Center in Samut Prakan Province, which has been operational since September 2023. The project aims to reduce reliance on centrally supplied electricity and promote clean energy use, in line with the Company’s strategy. In August 2024, the Company installed an additional 75 kWh of capacity, bringing the total electricity generation capacity to 193.8 kWh.

This installation has helped increase the share of electricity generated from renewable energy and reduce reliance on grid electricity by approximately 19% in 2025.

Stand Alone Store

MR. D.I.Y. began implementing solar cell installation projects at stores located outside shopping centers (Stand Alone) in 2023, starting with the Bang Pla Kod branch in Samut Prakan as the first site. The Company has continued to expand installations each year. In 2025, solar cell systems were installed at 40 additional stores, bringing the total to 53 stores. These systems generated 2,030 megawatt-hours of electricity and reduced reliance on grid electricity by an average of approximately 35% in 2025.

The Company continuously monitors the performance of these installations, covering both the amount of energy generated and actual energy consumption in each location. The information is used to support analysis, evaluation, and the ongoing development of clean energy approaches in a systematic and sustainable manner. These efforts are expected to contribute to a reduction of approximately 1,000 tCO₂e in the Company’s greenhouse gas emissions per year.
