The communications emphasized awareness of malicious attachments, which may contain malware or be used to deceive employees into disclosing sensitive information, as well as the risks associated with fraudulent QR codes that may lead to fake websites, fraudulent payment pages, or inappropriate requests for personal information. These communications help encourage employees to verify the source and reliability of information before opening files or scanning QR codes, use technology with caution, and contribute to protecting the organization’s data and systems. These activities forms part of the Company’s approach to building a cybersecurity culture, with the aim of encouraging employees to play an active role in preventing cybersecurity risks arising from everyday technology use and supporting the ongoing security of the Company’s information and information systems.
