MR. D.I.Y. promotes a safety culture within the organization through monthly occupational health and safety communication and awareness activities. In addition, the Company monitors safety-related information and incidents to identify risks that may recur and supports the implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive measures, while ensuring preparedness to respond to potential emergencies.

In Q2/2026, the Company compiled and disseminated infographic-based communications through internal communication channels to employees at all levels under the Safety News activity to communicate practical and easy-to-understand safety guidelines. The topics covered clear and safe walkways, basic first aid preparedness, and the “Think Before You Start” approach, which encourages employees to take a few seconds before beginning work to check the work area, equipment, and potential risks.
