Anti-Corruption and Whistleblowing Training

MR. D.I.Y. promotes honest, transparent, and fair working practices by providing communication and training to new employees during the orientation process. The training aims to build understanding of the Company’s Anti-Corruption Policy, Whistleblowing and Complaint Policy, and relevant practices for preventing inappropriate conduct in the workplace.
The training covers key topics such as the prohibition of giving or receiving bribes, the acceptance of gifts or benefits that may be inappropriate, conflicts of interest, confidentiality of company information, reporting of misconduct or concerns through whistleblowing channels, as well as potential disciplinary and legal consequences arising from misconduct.
In addition, the Company provides refresher communication and training on these topics for employees who are promoted or take on greater responsibilities. This helps ensure that they can apply the principles of honesty, transparency, and fairness in their work, team management, and work-related decision-making appropriately.
